Adulting with AuDHD: A Course for the Chronically Overwhelmed
Operated by The Psych Hive.
By purchasing and accessing this course, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Information
This course is provided by The Psych Hive.
The service provided is an online, self-paced course with access for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Payments
The standard course fee is $399 AUD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and must be processed before access to the course is granted.
Payment plans or discounts are only valid if explicitly approved in writing by Brianna Thomas.
Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be used if issued to another participant. Codes will only be valid if provided directly by Brianna Thomas.
3. Access and Use
Upon payment, you will receive access credentials for the course platform.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning.
Sharing login details, copying, distributing, or otherwise misusing course content is strictly prohibited.
4. Nature of the Service
Important: Purchasing or completing this course does not establish a client–psychologist relationship with Brianna Thomas or The Psych Hive.
Clinical services (such as psychological assessment or therapy) are separate and require a different service agreement, intake, and consent process.
5. Confidentiality & Data
Any personal information you provide will be treated in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
Your data (including name, email, and payment details) will be securely stored and only used for course administration and communication.
Discussion forums or community spaces linked to the course are optional. Please note that while reasonable measures will be taken to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the privacy of information you voluntarily share in group spaces.
6. Complaints & Feedback

Complaints will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and addressed in line with ethical and professional obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
This course is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for psychological therapy, assessment, or medical care.
No guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes. Strategies may support learning and self-reflection but are not tailored psychological treatment.
To the extent permitted by law, The Psych Hive are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the course.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (ACT jurisdiction).
By enrolling in the course, you agree that any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
